GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Smith
Criminal Justice; prohibits making false report concerning placing or planting of weapon of mass destruction; prohibits court from suspending or withholding adjudication of guilt or imposition of sentence for such offense; revises elements of offense of planting hoax bomb to prohibit sending, mailing, or using such bomb or threatening, attempting, or conspiring to use such bomb; authorizes court to order restitution, etc. Amends 790.163,.164,.165,.166, 921.0022.
