CS/SB 1184: Terrorism

GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice ; Campbell ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Terrorism; requires restitution to any person injured as direct or indirect result of making false report of bomb or explosive, or making false report of bombing or arson against state-owned property, if such report is act of terrorism or is reclassified as facilitating or furthering act of terrorism; reenacts provisions defining term "terrorism", etc. Amends 790.163-.166; reenacts 775.30,.31.
