GENERAL BILL by Gibson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard
Fla. Alzheimer's Training Act; creates said act; prescribes training standards for employees of home health agencies, adult day care centers, adult family-care homes, & hospices, respectively, that provide care for persons with Alzheimer's disease or related disorders; prescribes duties of Elderly Affairs Dept.; provides for compliance with guidelines within certain time period; provides for approval of Alzheimer's training & trainers, etc. Amends Ch. 400.
Effective Date: 07/01/2002 except as otherwise provided
