Fraud Prevention Unit; creates said unit within Attorney General's Office to improve & coordinate state's response to fraud & related crimes; requires said unit to establish Statewide Complaint Receipt & Referral Center to collect, refer, & analyze information concerning fraud; requires said unit to coordinate its investigations with other law enforcement agencies & victim assistance programs; requires unit to use services of Federal Trade Commission, etc.
