Florida Residents' Tax Relief Act; specifies period during which sale of clothing, certain other items, & school supplies shall be exempt from sales, use, & other transactions tax; provides definitions; provides exceptions; provides for rules; provides for contingent effect; provides duties of Revenue Estimating Conference under certain circumstances. APPROPRIATION: $200,000.
