SB 24-E: Military Separation Forms
GENERAL BILL by Brown-Waite ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Cowin
Military Separation Forms; provides process for removal from official records of armed forces military separation forms; requires county recorder to provide written notice; provides for redaction of social security number, & of complete bank account, debit, charge, or credit card number that is part of court record or official record; provides for nonapplicability of certain provisions passed in 2002 regular session, etc. Creates 119.07(3)(ff); repeals 119.072(5).
