GENERAL BILL by Silver

Health Care/Medicaid; specifies additional requirements for Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of Legal Affairs Dept. & Medicaid program integrity program; extends whistle-blower protection to employees of Medicaid providers reporting Medicaid fraud or abuse; revises standards for pharmaceutical expense assistance; provides additional grounds under which agency may terminate provider's participation in Medicaid program, etc. Amends FS.
