Confidential Information; provides for confidentiality of certain information held by Fla. Alzheimer's Center & Research Institute & others; creates exemption from public-records provisions of State Constitution & Florida law for certain information re clients, patients, & donors, as well as medical & health records & certain proprietary & trade-secret information; provides statement of public necessity for such exemptions; provides for future repeal.
