Funeral & Cemetery Services Industry; creates Funeral & Cemetery Svcs. Industry Regulatory Unification Act; provides for transfer of all records, personnel, property, & unexpended balances of appropriations, allocations, or other funds for administration of funeral & cemetery service provisions from Banking & Finance Dept. to DBPR; preserves validity of judicial & admin. proceedings pending at time of such transfer & validity of licenses & registrations in effect, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: 10/01/2002 except as otherwise provided
