Health Flex Plans; provides legislative findings & intent; provides definitions; provides for pilot program for said plans for certain uninsured persons; provides criteria for approval of such plans; delineates responsibilities of AHCA and DOI; exempts approved health flex plans from certain regulatory requirements; provides criteria for eligibility to enroll in such plan; specifies that coverage under approved health flex plan is not an entitlement, etc.
