GENERAL BILL by Lawson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Campbell

Public Records/Students; provides exemption from public-records law for information held by school principal or member of principal's staff which identifies student who reports presence of controlled substances or weapon or firearm or who reports impending or suspected activities that may result in injury or death; authorizes release of such information to reporting student's parent or legal guardian or to law enforcement officer upon request, etc.
