Health Care; specifies additional requirements for Medicaid Fraud Control Unit of Legal Affairs Dept. & Medicaid program integrity program; revises priority of awards under Nursing Student Loan Forgiveness Program; provides additional criteria for AHCA to adjust hospital's inpatient per diem rate for Medicaid; revises requirements for nonrenewal or discontinuance of individual health insurance coverage, etc. Amends FS.
