REVISER'S/GENERAL BILL by Procedures ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bense
Florida Statutes; repeals provisions all of which have become inoperative by noncurrent repeal or expiration &, pursuant to certain provision, may be omitted from Florida Statutes 2003 only through reviser's bill duly enacted by Legislature; amends provisions to conform to repeal of specified provisions; reenacts provision to conform to reenactment & amendment of certain provision. Amends FS; reenacts 206.9825(1).
