GENERAL BILL by Finance and Taxation ; Wasserman Schultz
Statewide Impact Fee; imposes fee on deeds & other instruments re real property & interests therein; provides for each school district to receive specified minimum amount in proceeds from fee; provides for proceeds to be remitted to state; provides that county, municipality, or school board may not levy certain impact fees; provides for compensation of agents collecting surtax under specified provision, etc. Creates 201.032; amends 201.11.
