Executioner/ID Info./Pub. Rec.; removes public-records exemption for information identifying executioner & certain other persons involved in execution; repeals provision re exemption provided for info. identifying person prescribing, preparing, compounding, dispensing, or administering lethal injection; provides that info. held by DOC which identifies executioner & certain other persons is exempt from disclosure under public-records requirements. Amends Ch. 922, 945.10.
