Fla. Kidcare Program/Pub. Rec.; expands exemption for identifying information of applicants to Fla. Kidcare program to provide that any information identifying program applicant or enrollee held by AHCA, CFS Dept., Health Dept., & Fla. Healthy Kids Corporation is confidential & exempt; provides for disclosure of such information to governmental entities under certain circumstances; provides for future review & repeal of exemption, etc. Amends 409.821.
