Gov. Reorganization/Juvenile Justice; abolishes Juvenile Justice Dept. & transfers duties & responsibilities of said dept. to DOC; revises provisions governing duties & responsibilities of DOC to conform to reorganization; repeals specified provision re Juvenile Justice Dept.; requires Corrections Secretary to report recommendations to Governor & Legislature for implementing reorganization, etc. Amends 20.315; repeals 20.316.
