GENERAL BILL by Robaina ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Planas ; Rivera ; Wishner
Pari-mutuel Wagering; revises criteria for making breeders' awards for racehorses; provides for payment of special racing awards; authorizes thoroughbred racing permitholder to operate cardroom; redefines term "authorized game"; provides requirements for harness permitholder to operate cardroom; revises certain restrictions on hours that cardroom may be operated; authorizes cardroom operator to limit amount wagered, etc. Amends 550.26165,.2625,.5251, 849.086.
Effective Date: 7/1/2003 07/01/2003; see 374 So.2d 959 (Fla. 1979)
