Intergovernmental Programs; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S140,998,1060) prohibits entity created under Interlocal Cooperation Act & consisting of municipalities & counties from owning & operating certain public facilities that serve populations outside territorial limits of entity members. Amends 163.01.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
