Rec.; provides exemption from public records requirements for certain federal information that is otherwise confidential under federal law & that is provided to Agric. & Consumer Services Dept. for purposes of food safety investigations, federal-state contracts & partnership activities, & regulatory reviews; provides for future legislative review & repeal; provides finding of public necessity, etc. Amends 500.148.
