SB 1070: Imposition of Death Sentence
GENERAL BILL by Crist
Imposition of Death Sentence; provides that only criminals who were 18 years of age or older at time crime was committed may be sentenced to death; amends specified provision to conform. Creates 921.1415; amends 775.082.
