SB 110: Protective Injunctions

GENERAL BILL by Campbell

Protective Injunctions; (THIS BILL COMBINED IN CS/S108,110) deletes definition of term "repeat violence" for purposes of protective injunctions; provides for injunction for protection in cases of violence when victim reasonably believes he or she is in danger of another act of violence rather than in cases of repeat violence; provides that it is first-degree misdemeanor to violate injunction for protection against violence, etc. Amends FS.
