Soisson Protective Injunction Act; (THIS BILL COMBINES S108,110) cites act as Tonda Soisson Protective Injunction Act of 2003; deletes definition of term "repeat violence" for purposes of protective injunctions; provides for injunction for protection in cases of violence rather than in cases of repeat violence; provides that it is first-degree misdemeanor to violate injunction for protection against violence, etc. Amends FS.
