Nonprofit Corporation/Hospitals; (Collier Co.) provides for liens in favor of nonprofit corporation operating charitable hospital within county; authorizes such liens on judgments & settlements recovered from tortfeasor causing patient's injury for reasonable charges owed to hospital for services provided to injured person; provides limitations; provides for determination by court of amount of recovery when patient & hospital cannot agree on actual amount, etc.
