SB 1188: Health Insurance/Payment
GENERAL BILL by Lynn ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Atwater
Health Insurance/Payment; provides that, in specified circumstances, payment for certain health benefits shall be made directly to hospital, physician, or other health care provider even if contrary to insurance contract. Amends 627.638.
