Title Insurance; excludes certain casualty insurance from definition of title insurance; deletes reference to guarantee of title in prohibition against issuing title insurance under certain circumstances; authorizes title insurers to issue certain policies or certificates insuring lien securing certain loans or mortgages under certain circumstances. Amends 624.608, 627.784,.786.
