Truck Safety; revises provisions for exemption from specified notification requirements for commercial motor vehicles carrying hazardous materials; incorporates specified federal regulations; specifies ownership ID requirements for certain commercial motor carriers; provides Motor Carrier Compliance Ofc. authority to issue out-of-service orders to certain commercial motor carriers; provides procedures, etc. Amends Ch. 316.
