GENERAL BILL by Lawson
Land Acquisition; provides legislative findings re need to revitalize & redevelop certain urban areas & to value of urban greenspace; defines term "remediation project" for purposes of Fla. Communities Trust Act; authorizes trust to adopt rules concerning resolution of land-use conflicts; provides for funds from Preservation 2000 Trust Fund & Fla. Forever Trust Fund to be used for projects approved under said act, etc. Amends 380.502,.503,.507,.508,.510.
