Nonagricultural Vehicles; requires Agric. & Consumer Services Dept. to establish rules authorizing such vehicles to pass agricultural inspection station without stopping & submitting to inspection; prohibits person from impersonating inspector, agent, or other employee of dept.; provides penalty. Amends 570.15,.16.
