GENERAL BILL by Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal Justice ; Dawson ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Argenziano

Motor Vehicle/Unattended Children; revises elements of noncriminal infraction to prohibit leaving child younger than specified age unattended or unsupervised in motor vehicle for any period of time; increases penalty & provides additional penalties. Amends 316.6135.
