Midway Fire District/Santa Rosa Co.; provides for codification of special laws re district; amends, codifies, reenacts, & repeals all prior special acts; provides for creation, status, charter amendments, boundaries, & district purposes; provides for compensation & execution of bonds; preserves authority to levy ad valorem taxes, non-ad valorem assessments, & impact fees; provides for use of district funds; authorizes board to adopt policies & regulations, etc.
