Personal Info./Exemption/Pub. Rec.; provides exemption from public records requirements for cellular telephone numbers, electronic pager numbers, specified I.D. numbers & access codes for certain electronic communications devices, & I.D. numbers contained in billing records of such numbers, I.D. numbers, & access codes of active or former law enforcement officers; requires Auditor General to report misuse of cellular telephone or electronic pager by said officers, etc. Amends 119.07.
