Worker Safety/Agric. Pesticides; creates "Fla. Agricultural Worker Safety Act"; provides for enforcement of federal worker protection regulations; requires agricultural employers to make agricultural pesticide info. available to workers, designated representatives & medical personnel; prohibits agricultural employers from failing to provide required information & from taking retaliatory action against workers for exercising their rights, etc. Creates 487.2011-.2071.
