GENERAL BILL by Mahon ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Cantens ; Littlefield ; Reagan
Workplace Assault/Arrest; authorizes law enforcement officer to make arrest without warrant under certain circumstances when assault is made upon another person in that person's workplace; provides for immunity from civil liability under certain circumstances; provides definition. Amends 901.15.
