GENERAL BILL by Natural Resources ; Alexander
Federal/State-owned Lands/Inventory; provides for inventory of all federal lands & all lands titled in name of state, state agency, WMD, or local government; eliminates reversion of specified funds for use in acquiring lands; requires state agencies & water management districts to prepare & submit to DOR requests for certification of payment in lieu of taxes applications from local governments, etc. Amends 253.034, 259.032,.041, 373.59; repeals 259.0322, 373.5905.
