Columbia HS/Planning Task Force; creates Planning Task Force for Columbia Residential Mathematics, Science, & Technology High School, which will be located in close proximity to Kennedy Space Center; provides task force membership, subcommittees, & duties; provides that Technological Research & Development Authority (TRDA) Education Programs Office shall administer residential high school; provides for summer pilot program, etc. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
