GENERAL BILL by Education ; Webster ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bullard
Education; amends provision re workforce development student fees; provides restrictions on tuition & out-of-state fees that district school boards & community college boards of trustees may establish; allows school boards & community college boards to establish discretionary, separate student activity & service fee; establishes maximum amount for discretionary fees; provides for uses of revenues from discretionary fees, etc. Amends 1009.22,.23.
