School Service Accountability Act; provides for school service accountability; provides popular name; requires written analyses of cost, level, & quality of service for certain noninstructional services; provides for request for proposals or solicitation of bids to contract with private-sector providers for services; provides for disclosure; provides for use of cost savings; requires reports. Creates 1010.217. APPROPRIATION: $600,000.
