Mobile Homes; provides process to retire title to mobile home; defines "real property owned by that same person"; requires clerk of court to record certain documents & provide copies to owner; requires clerk of court to provide copy of recorded title or manufacturers' certificate of origin to owner; provides for owner or lienholder of mobile home to file application with HSMV; requires notice to applicant; provides for severability, etc. Creates 319.261.
