PUBLIC RECORDS/GENERAL BILL by Children and Families

Domestic Violence Victims/Pub. Rec.; provides for confidentiality of information held by Attorney General's Office which identifies participants in Address Confidentiality Program for Victims of Domestic Violence; provides for retroactive application; provides for confidentiality of information contained in voter registration records held by supervisors of elections which identifies participants in said program; provides statement of public necessity, etc. Amends Ch. 741.
