The Dignity for All Students Act; creates said act; provides legislative findings re harassment, discrimination, & violence in Fla. schools; prohibits specified conduct & provides for punitive measures; defines term "harassment"; provides for technical assistance to educational institutions; requires character-development program curriculum to include info re harassment, discrimination, & violence, etc. Amends 1003.42; creates 1000.055.
