GENERAL BILL by Slosberg

Motor Vehicles/Mobile Homes/Vessels; prohibits overtaking vehicle under certain circumstances; revises language of DUI manslaughter penalty provisions; revises requirements for warning of consent to testing on driver licenses; provides for placement of motor vehicle license plates on wreckers, certain vehicles with equipment that might damage plate, & certain government-owned vehicles; revises provisions for authorization to expend funds for public information, etc. Amends FS.
