Tax Credits & Rebates; provides tax credits or sales tax rebates to small businesses that provide health insurance to their employees; provides tax credits or sales tax rebates to small businesses that are located in enterprise zones or rural areas of critical economic concern & that provide health insurance to their employees; provides for retroactivity.
