Rec.; provides that oral or written communications or documents in presuit or voluntary mediation proceeding are confidential & exempt from public disclosure under public-records law; authorizes disclosure of communications & documents upon consent of all participants to mediation; provides exception for executed settlements & certain communications; provides for future legislative review & repeal, etc. Creates 44.1026.
