GENERAL BILL by Appropriations Subcommittee on Criminal Justice
Limitation of Actions; authorizes prosecution of specified offenses within 1 year after identity of accused is established through analysis of DNA evidence, notwithstanding time limitations otherwise prescribed by law; provides for application. Amends 775.15.
