GENERAL BILL by Berfield
Health Care Services; provides that rate for emergency care charged to HMO by health care provider who does not have contract with HMO may not exceed Medicare rate; provides that certain unlawful actions re bill collecting by health care providers also constitutes violation of Fla. Deceptive & Unfair Trade Practices Act; requires that certain charges & changes in charges for health care services must be made available to public, etc.
