GENERAL BILL by Gibson
High School Voter Registration Prog.; requires certain school districts to establish voter registration program that offers eligible high school students in district opportunity to register to vote or to update voter registration record at least once a year; provides that participation is mandatory for public high schools & voluntary for nonpublic high schools in district; provides for use of county voting equipment in certain school elections, etc. Creates 97.0584; reenacts FS.
