HB 1703: Mitigating Factors/Certain Offenses
GENERAL BILL by Public Safety & Crime Prevention ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Barreiro ; Bullard ; Cantens
Mitigating Factors/Certain Offenses; provides that the fact that victim was initiator, willing participant, aggressor, or provoker of incident, or consented to incident, is not mitigating factor to offenses under specified provisions, under certain circumstances. Amends 921.0026.
