GENERAL BILL by Dean

Construction Lien Law; provides mandatory contract provisions for residential construction contracts; provides additional warning statement on notice to owner; provides form for contractor's final payment; requires lien law summary to contain explanation of owners' rights; requires lenders to give certain notices regarding direct loan disbursements to borrowers; requires prosecuting entity to provide copy of charging document to DBPR, etc. Amends Ch. 713.

Effective Date: 10/01/2003 except as otherwise provided
