GENERAL BILL by Webster ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fasano
Human Cloning Prohibition Act; creates "Human Cloning Prohibition & Responsibility Act of 2003"; provides that it is unlawful to perform or attempt to perform human cloning, to participate or assist in attempt to perform human cloning, or to ship or receive in commerce for any purpose embryo produced by human cloning or any product derived from such embryo; provides construction re scientific research, etc. Creates 877.27; amends 95.11, 775.15.
